What this platform is for

This platform helps company secretaries in Botswana maintain statutory registers, manage beneficial ownership disclosures, run meetings, track financial solvency, and handle company documents in line with the Companies Act and CIPA requirements. It is a tool for that work — it does not replace a company secretary's professional judgement or legal advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Access to a company's records is granted by role — only enter or approve records you are authorised to handle on that company's behalf.

Statutory filings

Filings submitted to CIPA through this platform are made on the instruction of the secretary or company submitting them. Reviewing a filing for accuracy before submission remains the responsibility of the person submitting it.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and back up data regularly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms.
